Job Posting: Middlesex Emergency Services Coordinator
Seasonal: December 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021
Full-Time, FLSA Non-exempt
With the guidance from the Emergency Services Program Manager, the Seasonal Emergency Services Coordinator will provide supervision and program oversight and training to Residential Supervisors working at the Middletown Warming Center located at the Wesley Inn & Suites.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Individual(s) must have demonstrated the ability to supervise, lead, manage, motivate, and direct staff and clients; time management and organizational skills essential; knowledge base of the delivery of residential services for the homeless population preferred; must be aware of mental health, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis issues; knowledgeable of the area network providers; computer literate; culturally competent; must possess the capacity to work within a team and promote teamwork; must have a general understanding of crisis intervention skills, confidentiality, boundaries, universal precautions; able to foster a Harm Reduction philosophy within the work environment; strong empathic skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Train, and supervise Residential Supervisors working at the Middletown Warming Center. Provide all necessary program oversight, ensuring the program’s consistency and continuity of services rendered and the daily operation. Facilitate supervision and team meetings as needed. Attend all Shelter and Outreach CAN meetings. Review and complete staff scheduling and all required documentation to include intakes, discharges, daily rosters, incident reports, daily logs, and infraction forms. Coordinate and collaborate with other agencies and the Columbus House management team. Other related duties as assigned.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
